Requirements
1. Master’s Degree from a recognized, accredited college, university or institution
2. NJ School Administrator Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility
3. 7 years of successful educational experience with at least 3 years in an administrative/supervisory capacity
4. Ability to assess career and technical education needs of the district
5. Ability to implement and oversee academic and technical skills, training and programs across the district
6. District wide organization and creation of programs offering the career clusters
7. Such alternatives that the Superintendent finds appropriate
8. Evidence of Grant writing
