SPECIAL MEETING

In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et seq., and the Governor’s Executive Orders 103 and 107 regarding Covid-19, as well as the Department of Community Affairs’ Local Operational Guidance under Covid-19 for Remote Public Meetings in New Jersey, this is to advise that the Jersey City Public Schools will hold its Special Meeting on the following dates:

Tuesday, July 28, 2020 virtually beginning at 6:00 pm.

Annual evaluation of the Superintendent / Chief School Administrator (CSA)

A closed/executive session for the annual evaluation of the Superintendent, personnel, and matters of attorney-client privilege and other matters confidential by law, may be held. Formal action may be taken.

Public Comment
Under Bylaw 9322.2 (Public Participation at Board Meetings), any member of the public wishing to speak during public comment should, before 4:00 PM on the date of the meeting, notify the Board Secretary via phone (201-915-6074) or e-mail ([email protected]). Please leave your name and phone number so you can be contacted by the Board Secretary to speak during public comment. The Board Secretary will connect the public speakers live via audio conference when it is their turn to speak.
